Asflyer Travel products and services such as airline tickets, hotel booking, car renters and more have their own specific governing terms and conditions which shall apply to these Terms and Conditions provided this summary, additional terms and conditions might apply at the purchase process relating to the product or service purchased, not explicitly shown on the site, should be directed to Asflyer Travel or you may contact Customer Support via email or write to:

By using this site for any services such as reserve or purchase travel services or accommodations, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. if you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this site we reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amended terms automatically take effect when these terms and conditions are updated. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes the terms will mean you accept the changes. Please return to this page periodically to review any changes.

 Pricing:

  1. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Airfare is only guarantied once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Once submitted you will receive an email confirmation number before purchase has been completed and ticket will be issued, if a price increase occurs after you have made a booking that affects your travel package, we will notify you before taking further steps, however that will not affect you once your booking has been finalized. 
  2.  Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases.

Baggage Approximate:

  1. Each airline has its own baggage policies allowances, fees and restrictions. The policies are differ for each airline and can be change at any time. We try our best to display current baggage fee information on our website, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information
  2. Please check with the airline consultant for weight restrictions, may apply on internal flights. Baggage and personal effects are at owner's risk throughout the travel program. Check with the airline for other baggage restrictions applicable to internal and international flights. Please be aware that baggage fees are not included in the cost of your trip.

Booking Fees:

  1. Fares are including all fuel surcharges service fees and taxes: May Apply to Online Air Transaction Service Fees.
  2. Service fees will be converted in your local currency on the payment page.
  3. All transaction service fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice.
  4. Government imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. You will only be charged the final total amount as shown.◊ Certain exceptions to service fees apply:
  5. Contact Center booking service fees: Service fees for contact center bookings (including complex multi-stop and round-the-world itineraries) may be higher than those charged for bookings made online.
  6. Important Note: All service fees are subject to change without notice. YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FINAL TOTAL PRICE AS QUOTED REGARDLESS OF ANY CHANGE OR VARIANCE IN THE SERVICE FEES. Please review the total final price carefully.

Deposit:

  1. We reserve the right to cancel a Booking that has been accepted booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion.
  2. The rate applied on the date of issuance of the ticket is only valid for a ticket fully utilized and in the sequential order of flight segments on the dates indicated. Improper use may void the ticket and result in cancellation of the entire trip.
  3. Buy now, pay by installment. If you know when you want to travel you need to do some saving, Convenient Payment Plan is your solution. We’ll help you lock-in today’s great rates with only a down payment. 0% interest, simply select option pay Convenience or installment at checkout.

Asflyer Travel Checkout:

  1. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card, paypal, amazon pay. The balance is due 15 days prior to departure. If your reservation is made within 180 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid 15 days to departure for your confirmation.
  2. This booking does qualify for Convenience or an installment down payment, the total must be greater than 30% (pre-tax), must be at least 30 days or more in advance or prior your travel date.

Cancellation or Amendment: 

  1. Bookings cannot be cancelled or changed, and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated as part of your order terms. as ability to cancel, change booking, or to obtain a refund for you booking is subject to any airline fare rules and regulations.
  2. In the event that your booking can be change/amendments or cancellations we will charge you the service fees set out as applicable travel service providers’ charges fees.

Cancellation for Installments Payment:

  1. You agree to pay any charges associated with cancelling your application/booking, refer to Amendment and Cancellation charges and Refunds.  All these charges will be debited from the installments already paid.
  2. For installment or convenience, payment, we advise that payment should complete within 15 days prior to departure, clients are subject to any cancellation fees assessed by the purveyors of services used in the itinerary. Cancellations 15 days or more prior to departure will receive 35% discount for administrative fee or others charges.

 

 

Refunds: 

  1. We will refund accordance with relevant Airline or suppliers terms and fare rules. Further details in Refund Policy regulations of purchased tickets. if refund request is approved by service providers we are unable to give a specific timeline it may take for refund processed.
  2. Please note that any fees associated with the booking or charges are not refundable, please note the service providers approved it may take an extended period to refunds to be processed additional time to be credited back to your account.

Refunds for Installments:

  1. All refunds for installment or convenience payment refund the amount paid will be refunded within 30 days or more after cancellation and you will receive 30% discount for administrative fee or others charges.

Taxes: 

  1. Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports/ports. All taxes are subject to change without notice.

Payment:

  1. Booking international travel through our website some banks and card companies charge a fee for international transactions. This will appear on your credit or bank card statement. If you make your booking through our website internationally your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and may charge you a fee for the conversion. the amount of the charge appearing on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and different from the purchase amount shown on you billing summary page for the booking
  2. when your purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirmation number before a will be issued. if booking process is not complete the fare is subject to change until a ticket is issued. Once your ticket is issued you will receive electronic ticket.
  3. Before issuing a ticket, we will verify genuine purchasers, if in doubt we will contact you to provide supporting documents to prove your authenticity.

Agency:

  1. In our role as a travel agent we sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous service providers. Our obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made on your behalf, subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not us. If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your remedy lies against the provider and not with us.

 

 

Passport & Visas:

  1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport.

Travel Advice:

 Changes Schedule:

  1. All changes made to the itinerary are restrict as subject to airline fare rules, all our tickets, hotels, cruises, cars renting, packages do not allow any date or name changes after the booking is completed. Asflyer Travel does not guarantee or responsible. It is your responsibility to contact the service provider at least 72 hours prior to departure to ensure the scheduled departure time has not changed.

Travel Insurance: 

  1. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. The premium is calculated on the number of days you will be away; however, it is important that the policy be taken out when the booking is made, to cover any cancellation penalties that may apply from that time

Liability:  

  1. We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

 Indemnity:

  1. You indemnify us and our officers, employees and agents against all losses, costs, damages, claims and expenses arising from:
  2. Any breach of these Terms & Conditions by you;
  3. Any act or omission by you or an officer, employee or agent of you;
  4. Any claim, action, demand or proceeding by a third party against us or our officers, employees or We are committed to agents caused or contributed to by you or an officer, employee or agent of you.

Governing Law:

  1. If any dispute arises in relation to the agreement between you and us, the laws will apply.
